- Neff-Perkins’ Engineering department has been assisting our customers with product design and development for over 20 years. Our Engineers understand the importance of product application, and they have the ability to see how parts need to function within the application. To support our Product Engineers, we have advanced product, tooling, and machine design capabilities. Our experienced Engineers are ready to design, prototype, test, and manufacture product to meet your needs.
- Neff-Perkins A2LA accredited Materials Laboratory gives us the ability to test material on sight. Our “On Staff” Chemist designs materials that will meet your specifications and function in your application.
- Neff-Perkins Production facilities use multiple state of the art molding processes such as Dual injection, liquid silicone injection, standard injection, polyurethane foam injection, injection transfer, transfer, and compression molding. Our production facilities are also equipped to perform assembly operations. These molding and assembly options allow us to select the process that will produce the highest quality and output in the most economical way. Customer Satisfaction is the focus of all Neff-Perkins employees.
- Neff-Perkins is an ISO/TS 16949 certified organization that focuses on Quality Assurance rather than Quality Control. We believe that quality should be built into our processes.
