Neff-Perkins Manufacturing Facilities
Neff-Perkins has three manufacturing facilities all of which are located in a Northeast Ohio.
Austinburg Facility
The Austinburg facility was opened in 1995 to house our plastic injection molding (N/P Plastics). N/P Plastics 58,000 square feet of manufacturing space is located approximately 45 miles east of Cleveland. In the Austinburg plant, we injection mold plastic, thermoplastic rubber (TPR), and, in 2001, began injection molding polyurethane foam. This facility is also equipped to mold product using dual injection technology and perform assembly operations such as vacuum actuators and HVAC units.
Middlefield Facility
In 1980, Neff-Perkins opened a second facility located in Middlefield, Ohio approximately 45 miles southeast of Cleveland right in the center of Amish Country. The Middlefield plant was originally opened to house our finishing and shipping departments. As the company grew, we began molding rubber product in this facility as well. This is now our largest manufacturing location totaling 68,000 square feet of manufacturing space. This facility now manufactures rubber product using the following molding techniques: Standard injection, liquid silicone injection, injection transfer, standard transfer, and compression.
Perry Facility
The original plant is located in Perry, Ohio approximately 30 miles east of Cleveland on the shores of Lake Erie. The plant was opened in 1946 and has 50,000 square feet of manufacturing space. The Perry plant houses 50% of our compression and transfer presses for molding rubber product.
