Heater Doors
We are currently overmolding TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) onto, as well as, applying foam adhesive to heater doors for HVAC units. We also have the capability to injection mold polyurethane foam to the heater doors. In all three applications, the foam and TPR act as the seal between the door and the HVAC housing unit. |

Foam Water & Air Seal
This product is injection molded polyurethane foam used between your front of dash and HVAC unit to prevent unwanted water, air, and sound from reaching the inside of the car.

Sound/Noise Isolator
This product is injection molded polyurethane foam and is used as a sound/noise barrier to deaden engine noise and create a more enjoyable atmosphere for the driver and passengers. |
