Heater Doors
We are currently overmolding TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) onto, as well as, applying foam adhesive to heater doors for HVAC units. We also have the capability to injection mold polyurethane foam to the heater doors. In all three applications, the foam and TPR act as the seal between the door and the HVAC housing unit.

Heater Door Housing and Assembly
We also have the ability to do assembly work. This particular part includes the HVAC housing, heater doors, and vacuum actuators, all of which are manufactured and assemble in house.

We have the ability to manufacturer many different types and sizes of vacuum actuators.

Sound/Vibration Isolator
This product is injection molded polyurethane foam and is used as a sound/noise barrier to deaden engine noise and create a more enjoyable atmosphere for the driver and passengers. |
